The Impact of Dietary Patterns on Brain Health: Recent Study Reveals Significance of Balanced Diets A recently published study in Nature Mental Health has shed new light on the relationship between dietary patterns and brain health. Researchers analyzed the effects of different dietary patterns on various aspects of brain health, including mental health, cognitive function, metabolic biomarkers… and brain structure as measured using MRI. The study involved a vast sample of nearly 182,000 participants and revealed that adhering to a balanced diet is associated with better mental health and cognitive functioning outcomes.
