The ceremony began with the presentation of colors courtesy of the FDNY, followed by the sharing of memories from Provenzano’s loved ones and business associates.
Echoing these sentiments, longtime friend and colleague Massimo DiDonna also spoke passionately about Provenzano’s lasting impact.
“Frank was my second father, mentor and best friend,” said DiDonna, Partner of Merge Event Solutions. “I’d like to thank each of you gathered here today for helping us commemorate the memory of a man who not only touched all of our lives, but the lives of so many others across the borough.”
