Jungwon, the leader of the popular K-pop group ENHYPHEN, prioritizes his fitness and well-being through a consistent workout routine. He believes in burning calories quickly and rigorously, and therefore dedicates two hours of his day to exercise. Jungwon is a big fan of swimming and tries to take out time for an hour to keep up with his cardio.

He also picks up swimming as a healthy form of relaxation. For his core workout, Jungwon primarily focuses on treadmill running, burpees, rope pulling, and lunges.

In addition to his workout routine, Jungwon is an early bird and prefers to go out for a morning run to keep himself fresh and fit. As a K-pop idol, Jungwon’s diet is highly secured by his agency, and he mainly restricts himself to eat junk foods and processed foods.

His breakfast platter consists of calories less than 350, and snacking calories up to 150 only.

Jungwon is a songwriter, dancer, singer, and the leader of the popular K-pop group ENHYPHEN. The 2nd youngest member of the group, he holds the position of the leader and attracts a lot of attention across the globe. Let’s take a look at his workout and diet routine.
