According to Peoplemag: The actress and the Michelin-starred chef, who are both 57 and 59 years old, respectively, got married on May 12, 2023. The ceremony took place at the Montage Los Cabos in Mexico, surrounded by 140 guests, including Patricia Arquette, Mariska Hargitay, and Gavin Rossdale. The couple chose Mexico as the location for their wedding because they consider it their “home away from home” after spending a lot of time there during the COVID-19 pandemic. They worked with wedding planner Karla Casillas and Co. to plan the “bohemian, chic” event, which featured stunning views and ambience at the Montage resort.

During the ceremony, the couple wore Dior, with the actress donning a vibrant pink long-sleeved gown from the French label’s Frida Kahlo collection… paired with an intricate silver belt and a necklace with butterfly details. The chef looked effortlessly chic in a custom white vest and white pants. They worked with celebrity stylist Jessica Paster, hair stylist Philip Carreon, and makeup artist Luis Casco to achieve their look.

After the ceremony, the couple made their grand entrance at their reception, dancing through the tables to greet their guests. They later shared their first dance to the ABBA hit “Dancing Queen”. The main event of the evening was, of course, the food, which featured a family-style meal curated by Montage’s executive chef, “Xavier Salomon,” “and his team.” According to the couple… the meal represented a fusion of Cabo and California farm-to-table.
