As a student-run club, Lafayette Happiness Project is dedicated to brightening the days of their peers through events and random acts of kindness. From hosting Paw Palooza, an event where students can interact with therapy dogs, to displaying positivity on campus, the club’s mission is to spread happiness and joy. 🌈
According to Alexis Laliberte ’24, director of media and involvement for the organization, “seeing everyone’s smiles on their faces when they come and get to play with dogs, because that’s not something that usually happens around campus,” is a highlight of the club’s events. 🐶
Overall, the board members of Lafayette Happiness Project hope that their events and displays of positivity benefit students and provide a unique opportunity to help train service dogs and make fur-ever friends.
