Hobby Lobby Customer Speaks Out Against Rude Manager: A customer at a Hobby Lobby store in the United States recently caught a manager being rude to one of the store’s cashiers. The customer, who wishes to remain anonymous, recorded the incident on TikTok and shared it with the platform’s users. In the video, the manager can be heard speaking to the cashier in a condescending and disrespectful manner.
The customer, who has worked in retail before, was taken aback by the manager’s behavior and decided to speak out against it. In a statement to The Daily Dot, the customer said, “I was just so taken aback by the way the manager spoke to the cashier. I work in retail and deal with people and customers being verbally abusive all the time. I was like, ‘You should not be speaking to your employees this way.’ The poor girl looked like she was about to cry.”
The customer’s post has received over 155,000 views on TikTok and has sparked a conversation about the treatment of retail workers.
