Endurance sports are also expected to increase in popularity, with record-breaking athletes like Tom Evans and Kílian Jornet leading the revolution. New events like British Triathlon’s Swim Bike Run will make the sport more accessible, and fitness influencers like Leon Bustin will help everyday athletes prepare for the challenge.
